Biography

Glenn M. White is of counsel to the firm and serves as lead trial counsel on cases involving natural resources, environmental contracts, construction, regulatory, transportation, and commercial law in federal and state courts and administrative agencies.. Mr. White also counsels small business clients on a variety of issues as well as preparing contracts and other legal documents for clients.

Prior to joining Mullins, Hirsch & Jones in early 2006, Mr. White was a partner for over ten years with Lewis, White, Porter & Merchant where he served as lead trial counsel in a variety of cases, including complex litigation in the areas of insurance, injury, natural resources, contracts, and construction law. His practice involved cases in federal and state courts, and he tried numerous bench and jury trials.

Mr. White previously practiced at Musser & Bunch, P.C., a mid-sized firm specializing in the representation of oil and gas exploration and production companies, where his practice involved litigation in natural gas, contracts, environmental, commercial, real estate, tax and business torts in federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Additionally, he conducted real estate title examinations, wrote oil and gas title opinions, and prepared opinion letters for clients on emerging legal issues.

Mr. White has extensive litigation experience representing a wide variety of clients and legal issues.
